VRS DirectForce Pro Pedals – Review

Hardly any pedal set is currently sold out as often as the DirectForce Pro pedals from VRS. Are the pedals worth the money and is the hype justified? We are testing the Loadcell pedals and taking them for a ride.

Ordering and shipping

If you want to buy the pedals now, you have to be patient or very quick. Some stores offer the VRS pedals for pre-order, others often release their stock for sale with very little notice. As a rule, the following prices are quoted without shipping:

  • 2-piece set (throttle and brake): 597€
  • Clutch: 227€

A baseplate or other accessories directly from VRS are not currently available for the pedals.

Trackmania’s 20th Anniversary – Snow Discovery Campaign – Author Times / Author Medals

Somewhat surprisingly for many players, Nadeo has brought some new features to the game for its 20th anniversary, surprising players with a trilogy from the good old days of Trackmania:

  • The first of the three upcoming episodes, released today, introduces the Snow car, which plays like its 2003 counterpart with modern twists. 
  • In addition, a new type of competitive road surfacewood – has been developed, providing a new unique gameplay experience to the Stadium car. 
  • To complement these new racing features, rediscover the Asian atmosphere from the initial Snow environment thanks to 100 new 3D blocks and items created for the occasion. 

Snow Discovery campaign – Author Times / Author Medals

The player Tona. has worked hard and created 15 maps, which are all quite short except for the SummerSnow track and use the new blocks for the first time. In the table below you will find the author times that need to be beaten.
