The Trackmania 2026 Summer Season has officially kicked off, and its creative new tracks will put you right in the vacation spirit! Starting now, you can once again push your skills to the limit and go on the hunt for brand-new, awesome driver medals. At the same time, an unforgettable summer full of action awaits you, because to coincide with the release, absolute highlight events like the Esports World Cup and epic community tournaments are already in the starting blocks.

Author Times / Author Medals

As you already know, the new maps are divided into the familiar color categories, which give you a rough idea of the difficulty level and route length. For each route, you can once again set out to earn four awards: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and, of course, the coveted Author’s Medal.

To compete at the higher difficulty levels, the following unlock system applies:

White & Green: Available to everyone for free from the start.

Blue: Requires 10 collected bronze medals.
Red: Unlocked after earning 10 silver medals.
Black: Playable only after earning 10 gold medals.

Summer of Events: Esports World Cup & Trackmania For Hours

Trackmania Summer 2026 offers plenty of action not only in the game itself, but also two absolute highlight events that you definitely won’t want to miss! Kicking things off is the community event “Trackmania For Hours” (TFH), organized by Gear Five, where teams will compete in a nerve-wracking 12-hour race on a previously secret RPG track to collect the most checkpoints. It takes place on July 4 and 5. The absolute highlight of the season follows from August 19–22 in Paris, when the world’s elite qualified players will face off against each other at the Esports World Cup.
