Simucube 3 Wheel Bases Officially Announced – First Details Revealed

Finnish simracing manufacturer Simucube has today activated notifications in the form of a newsletter for the upcoming release of its new Simucube 3-wheel bases. This is most likely the company’s response to recently announced details about the new products. Interested parties can now subscribe to a newsletter to be the first to be informed about the release date.

Webshop publishes details about Simucube 3 Wheel Bases

This was preceded by an alleged leak from a web shop, in which the first photos of the new wheel bases and technical details were presumably inadvertently posted online too early.

The details should of course be treated with caution, as they have not yet been confirmed directly by Simucube itself. One striking feature is that the control box will play a much greater role. For example, it will make it possible to adjust base parameters while driving.

In addition, the Link Hub is apparently mandatory from the new generation and is required for operation. An exciting discussion about the reasons for the decision against the USB standard with the involvement of the manufacturer can be found in the official Simucube forum (Link: https://community.granitedevices.com/t/simucube-3-on-the-horizon/11251).

The design of the motor and the upcoming support for telemetry-based force feedback, which currently seems to be becoming increasingly popular, are probably also new. In combination with the new QR design shown in the pictures (with visible pins for the first time), we can expect a completely new generation of wheel bases.

Prices and ordering

No exact release date is currently known. However, it can be assumed that we will receive further information this year. After all, the Simracing Expo (17 to 19 October 2025 in Dortmund) is already an important event just around the corner.

The prices (exclusive Simucube link!) were also briefly visible, but were not confirmed by Simucube.
