Ascher Racing YOUR Ultimate Wheel – Launch of the new configurator
As already shown for the first time at the recent simracing expos in Dortmund and Maastricht, Ascher Racing has now officially announced the launch of its YOUR Ultimate Wheel project. From now on, sim racers have the opportunity to order the Mclaren Artura Ultimate Steering Wheel (review) not only with rotaries and funky switches in the colour of their choice, but also with their own individual logos.

Four different colours – individual logos
Ascher Racing is now offering its own configurator that allows users to customise the individual components. Initially, four different colours are available, but the selection will be expanded at a later date.
- Rotary switches: Four possible colours: red / blue / black / gold.
- Thumb encoder: Red / Blue / Black / Gold
- Funky switches: Red / blue / black / gold
- Logo / text at the top: Here the user can either select their own text (left, right or centre alignment) or upload their own logo in SVG format, which is then lasered onto the housing.
- Logo / Text front: Here, too, it is possible to select your own text or upload a logo in SVG format, which will then be engraved into the front panel by Ascher Racing.
Prices and delivery time
Ascher Racing is now offering the new customisation option on its website and is currently asking a price of €1,699. With our affiliate code ‘simracingpc’ you can currently save 5% on the total price and thus arrive at a price of approx. 1,614€. This includes the two individually lasered logos and the coloured aluminium caps that are integrated into the steering wheel. As all steering wheels are customised, Ascher Racing currently quotes a delivery time of approx. six weeks.
