Leoxz XGT Ultimate steering wheel now available

Leoxz has launched a new steering wheel on the market. The XGT Ultimate combines the concept of the popular XGT Pro Steering Wheel (illuminated buttons, layout) with a 4.3-inch display, making it the manufacturer’s best-equipped steering wheel to date.

Prices and ordering

The steering wheel can currently be ordered directly from the Leoxz shop. The prices there (depending on the country of shipment) do not include shipping and any applicable taxes or customs duties. Experience has shown that dispatch takes place within a few days. The following prices are currently valid:

  • XGT Ultimate Shifter Only: 499.95€
  • XGT Ultimate Shifter & Clutch: 559.95€
  • XGT Ultimate Shifter & Clutch & Option: 619.95€

You can also order the following accessories:

  • QR2 für Fanatec: 99€
  • QR1 für Fanatec: 70€
  • QR1 für Fanatec DD1 / DD2: 80€
  • Simagic QR: 50€
  • MOZA QR: 50€
  • Wireless Kit: 59.95€

Scope of delivery

Leoxz has followed our suggestion after the last review of the XGT Pro and now includes optional spacers for the paddles and the necessary tool for mounting them on the XGT Ultimate. Otherwise, everything remains the same:

  • XGT Ultimate Steering Wheel (QR and Wireless kit are optional)
  • USB-GX12 Cable
  • Custom Stickers
  • Nylon Tweezers
  • M3 Allen Key
  • 6mm height paddle spacers/M3x14 bolts (You can choose whether to install it based on the size of your hand, x4 for Shifter Only and Shifter & Clutch versions, x8 for Shifter & Clutch & Option version)

Compatibility

Leoxz continues to set standards in terms of compatibility. The steering wheel can be operated with the supplied cable as well as supplied with power via the respective base using various custom QRs. Data is then transmitted via the optionally available wireless adapter. A special highlight is the built-in Fanatec mode for direct operation on a Fanatec base, so the wheel can be operated with Gran Turismo 7 on a DD Pro, for example.

  • Simucube SC1, SC2
  • Fanatec DD1, DD2, CSW, CSL DD, DD Pro (Base torque needs to be unlocked with Leoxz Fanatec QR)
  • Simagic Alpha Mini, Alpha, Alpha Ultimate
  • Moza R12 (The V1 base does not support the QR power supply. The V2 base supports QR functionality, but Leoxz has only tested it on R12, so compatibility with other bases cannot be guaranteed. In this case, USB cable can be used for power supply.)
  • Asetek Direct Drive Wheelbase (Installation of the Invicta Quick Release Adapter is required for the steering wheel)

Wide range of features

As already mentioned, the XGT Ultimate combines the features of the previous wheels and therefore offers a wide range of functions:

  • 4.3-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 800×480 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 frames per second
  • 15 RPM LEDs
  • 2×3 LEDs for e.g. flags
  • 14 illuminated buttons
  • 5 illuminated encoders
  • 2 thumb encoders
  • 2 funky switches

Particularly important for PC users: All RGB LEDs and the dashboard are controlled directly via Simhub and are therefore fully customisable.
