Gamsescom 2023 – Pictures of the event

About 320.000 visitors visited the fair about gaming in Cologne from Wednesday to Sunday and could inform themselves about current and upcoming software and hardware in the different exhibition halls and test them. Simracing-PC was also on site and was able to have interesting conversations as well as to take some simracing related pictures.

ADAC / Raceroom

The ADAC booth offered several rigs this year. Here, visitors could hunt for times in the Raceroom simulation and duel with other trade fair visitors for the top places on the leaderboard.

Caseking

Caseking’s booth featured a motion rig from Next Level Racing, on which visitors could find MOZA hardware mounted which is available in the Caseking store.

Endgametec

With Endgametec, a rig manufacturer was also on site this year. Two rigs were on display and visitors were able to put one of them through its paces in the Assetto Corsa Competiizone simulation in combination with Fanatec hardware.

Erazer / GetCloserRacing

Erazer was on site with its current “Your Road to Victory (YR2V)” competition, and visitors could qualify for the ongoing Erazer competition on two motion rigs from GetCloserRacing in iRacing. In addition, ready-made PCs as well as the new 49-inch monitor were presented at the large booth.

Forza Motorsport

Microsoft was also on site with a playable demo of Forza Motorsport. The system requirements, which were published for the first time, should be particularly interesting for sim racers.

MOZA Racing / Actoracer

A highlight this year was undoubtedly the booth of MOZA Racing. In partnership with Actoracer, four rigs from the German manufacturer could be tested here in combination with various hardware from MOZA. However, the three new products, which we have already covered on this site, attracted a lot of attention: MOZA Racing unveils prototypes at the Gamescom 2023 – GSR GT Wheel, Truck Wheel and Shifter

Oneblade

This year, you could also sit in a rig at Oneblade, which was somewhat unusually powered by Trackmania 2020 in combination with a Logitech base.

PXN

At PXN, visitors were able to test the upcoming V12 Lite Direct Drive Wheelbase for the first time, which will soon be available on the German market via Amazon.

Samsung / PlaySeat

At the Samsung booth, you could also take a seat in a Playseat rig and try out the F1 2023 simulation. The new 57-inch monitor in 32:9 format should be particularly interesting for sim racers.

The Crew Motorfest

The Crew Motorfest could also be played for the first time this year. The upcoming title also surprises with an amazingly long list of compatible simracing peripherals.
