While a big part of the simracing community is waiting eagerly for the presentation of Thrustmaster’s Direct Drive Wheel Base, the manufacturer has launched a new product for beginners without much prior announcement. The T128 offers around 20% stronger force feedback compared to the T150 and is equipped with magnetic paddles. Overall, the set is aimed primarily at sim racers who want to turn their first laps on the virtual racetracks of this world. Accordingly, a mount for the desk at home as well as a rudimentary 2-pedal set are also included.
