Conspit shows ARES Direct Drive Bases with 10 and 18Nm and 290 GP Steering Wheel
Conspit Racing has presented a whole range of new products, including a wheel base in two versions with 10 and 18 Newton metres, a new steering wheel with display and its own dashboard.
ARES Direct Drive Base
The most spectacular announcement is undoubtedly a new Direct Drive Base called ARES, which will be available in two versions:
- ARES: 10Nm
- ARES Platinum: 18Nm
Apart from the information shared on the manufacturer’s social channels, there is still no detailed information about it, and the price and release date are not yet known. What is certain, however, is that the base can be seen live in action at this year’s Simracing Expo in Dortmund. You can also see from the pictures that Conspit is using its own design for the quick release, which apparently has contacts for the power and data supply to the wheels.

Equipped with a high-precision skew-pole direct-drive motor specifically developed for sim racing and a deeply optimized high-performance force feedback system, it delivers an unprecedented realistic driving experience with highly detailed tactile feedback.
290 GP Steering Wheel
In addition to the Direct Drive Base, a new steering wheel was also presented with the 290 GP Wheel, whose design language is reminiscent of the Conspit H.AO HUB, which also has a carbon housing, but is equipped with a significantly smaller display.
The stand-out features here are the striking, highly ergonomic design and the use of genuine carbon fibre.
Conspit SimHub CSD Dashboard
The Simhub-compatible CSD dashboard, which has a large number of additional LEDs, was also shown for the first time. Particularly striking here are the four integrated rotary encoders, which are rather unusual for such a dashboard.
