MOZA TSW Truck Wheel vorgestellt
Nachdem das MOZA TSW Truck Wheel auf der Gamescom 2023 erstmals als Prototyp vorgestellt wurde, haben nicht nur Fans des Euro und American Truck Simulators sehnsüchtig auf den Release des 40 Zentimeter großen Lenkrads gewartet. Nun ist es endlich soweit und MOZA Racing stellt das einzigartige Lenkrad offiziell vor.
Einzigartiges Design, viele Features
Das TSW Truck Wheel von MOZA ist das erste Truck Wheel in dieser Form von einem der großen Simracing-Hersteller. Mit einem Durchmesser von satten 40 Zentimetern richtet es sich klar an die Fans von Truck- und Landwirtschaftssimulationen. Ausgestattet ist es mit insgesamt 14 beleuchteten Buttons und vier weiteren Funktionstasten (je zwei Thumbwheels und Joysticks auf jeder Seite). Hinzu kommen anpassbare RGB-RPM-LEDs auf der Oberseite und der von MOZA bekannte Quick Release aus Aluminium auf der Rückseite. Materialmäßig ist das neue Truck Wheel mit einer Grundkonstruktion aus Aluminium und einem handgenähten Lenkradkranz aus „Microfiber-Leder“ ausgestattet.

Dedicated Truck Mount, kompatibel mit Drittherstellern
Neben dem Truck Steering Wheel bietet MOZA auch die passende Halterung an, um das Lenkrad in einer fast waagerechten Position zu montieren. Diese ist optional erhältlich und besonders für Fans der Farming Simulator Serie zu empfehlen.
Um die Kompatibilität innerhalb des MOZA-Ökosystems zu gewährleisten, verfügt das Lenkrad über die Möglichkeit, sowohl über das MOZA-Wireless-Protokoll als auch über die Kontakte am QR mit Daten versorgt zu werden. Dadurch ist es mit allen MOZA Wheel Bases kompatibel.
Außerhalb von MOZA kann das Lenkrad mit Hilfe des optional erhältlichen MOZA Universal Hub Kits (Preis ca. 50€) über einen 70mm Lochkreis an nahezu jeder QR-Lösung verwendet werden.
Preise und Verfügbarkeit
Das Truck Steering Wheel sowie die passende Clamp können bei MOZA zum Preis von 329€ bzw. 55€ vorbestellt werden. Hinzu kommen Versandkosten sowie Steuern und Zölle. Der Versand startet laut MOZA Racing ab dem 9. März. Auch der deutsche Händler Sim-Motion und andere Reseller bieten das Truck Wheel ab sofort zu einem Preis von meist 329€ + Versand zur Vorbestellung an. Als Verfügbarkeitsdatum wird dort der 29. März angegeben.

Auch hier hat MOZA Racing eine Lösung parat und teasert mit dem Multi-function Stalk eine neue Entwicklung an, die insgesamt 26 Funktionen bieten wird, darunter Einstellmöglichkeiten für Blinker, Licht und Tempomat. Der Release des neuen Add-Ons für die MOZA Wheel Bases ist derzeit für Mai geplant und dürfte vor allem für Fans von Truck Simulationen in Verbindung mit dem Truck Steering Wheel ein Pflichtkauf sein.
